Household Cleaning Machines: Everyday And Industrial Applications

Household cleaning machines are devices specifically designed for home cleaning, primarily used for cleaning hard surfaces such as vehicles, yards, exterior walls, and floors. They remove stains and dust using high-pressure water jets or steam, offering high efficiency, environmental friendliness, and labor-saving features. Household cleaning machines are generally divided into two main categories: high-pressure cleaners and steam cleaners. High-pressure cleaners use an electric motor or gasoline engine to drive a water pump to generate high-pressure water jets, typically ranging from 2-20 MPa, suitable for powerful stain removal. Steam cleaners, on the other hand, heat water to generate high-temperature steam, suitable for disinfection and fine cleaning.

Household cleaning machines achieve efficient cleaning primarily through the synergistic effect of high-pressure water jets (pressures up to 5-20 MPa) and cleaning agents. Its core principle consists of three parts:

1. High-pressure water jet cleaning: An electric motor or fuel-powered pump pressurizes tap water, forming a high-pressure jet (flow rate up to 500km/h) through nozzles. This utilizes the impact force of water to peel away surface dirt (such as grease and dust) and penetrate deep into micropores (0.1-0.5mm) to thoroughly remove hidden dirt;

2. Detergent assistance: Specialized detergents (such as alkaline car wash detergents with a pH of 8-12) reduce the surface tension of dirt, improving decomposition efficiency (30-50% increase in stain removal rate), suitable for various scenarios such as vehicles and tiles;

3. Application scenarios: Covering household cleaning, vehicle maintenance, and gardening, with cleaning efficiency 3-5 times higher than traditional methods. Safety precautions must be taken during use to avoid injury from the high-pressure water jet.

Pressure adjustment is supported (5-15MPa adjustable) and it is compatible with various cleaning agents. For further information on equipment parameters or usage plans, please contact their technical team for professional advice.
