Meanwhile, the clutch wear rate of this hydraulic nut breaker is reduced by 40%, significantly extending its service life.

The body of the hydraulic nut breaker is designed with heavy-duty high-nickel alloy steel, forged as a whole. The key parts have a hardness of HRC50, which can withstand huge impact forces during ultra-high-pressure bolt disassembly and assembly, making this hydraulic nut breaker suitable for long-term heavy-load operation scenarios.

The hydraulic nut breaker is adapted to 12-16Bar ultra-high-pressure inlet pressure needs, and its air consumption under load is stably controlled at 8L/min, balancing torque output and energy economy. Equipped with 3-speed torque adjustment, it can accurately match the disassembly and assembly needs of ultra-high-pressure bolts in different parts of heavy machinery.
